These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing or booking through our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
- Upon Booking, 50% Of The Total Payment Of The Invoice Must Be Paid In Advance For The Booking Process As We Practice A First Come First Serve Basic
- The Balance Of 50% Of The Total Payment Must Be Settles Within 10 Days Before Arrival.
- We Shall Notify The Guest About The Payment And Upon Any Failure To Settle The Remaining Payment Within This Period, We Reserve The Right To Treat The Booking As Cancelled And 50% Deposit Monies Paid Shall Be Forfeited
- Upon Receiving The Bank Details For Booking Payment Or Deposit, Then No Payment Made Within 24 Hours, The Availability Will Be Open For Other Inquiries. The Guest That Received The Bank Details Will Have To Avail Again Before Making Any Payment
- We Operates Under A Strict No-refund Policy. The Booking Cannot Be Cancelled And Payments Made Are Non-refundable And Cannot Be Amended
- When Booking Is Confirmed, Changes Of Rooms, Dates Or Postpone Is Not Allowed. Deposit Or Any Types Of Payment Made To The Resort Is Non-refundable
- The Absence Of Guests On The Booking Date Is Considered Void Booking (No Refund)
- Postpone Is Only Allowed When These Factors Occurs: TRAVEL RESTRICTION (PKP/MCO)
- In The Event Of MCO Implementation By The Government, Guests Reserve The Right To Postpone Their Vacation Date. The Deposit Is Safe, But The Request For Refund Is Not Allowed And Will Not Be Entertained.
- Be Informed That Only This Factor Granted For Postpone. Other Than The Factor Given, The Booking Deposit/Payment Is Burn And No Postpone.

Check Out Time: 10:00am-10:30am
- Requests For Early Check-in Or Late Check-out Are Not Allowed
- Boat Transfer Schedule Is Flexible And Depending On The Water Level (On Time) Due To Nusakuya Resort Location Has Shallow Waters.
- It Is Advisable To Ask Our Suggestion Before Purchase Flight Ticket To Tawau Airport
Breakfast : 7:00am-9:00am (Buffet)
LUNCH : 12:00PM-2:30PM (Buffet)
DINNER : 7:00PM-9:00PM (Ala Carte/Set)
- Attending Island Hopping Considered Missed Lunch
- Guests Will Be Held Responsible For Any Missing Or Damaged Items In Their Room Or Any Internal/External Areas Of The Resort (Resort Property) During Their Stay.
- Guests Must Adhere To All Resort Policies And Regulations, Including Those Regarding Noise, Behaviour, And Use Of Amenities.
- Guests Should Ensure That Their Room Door Is Properly Secure At All Times. We Cannot Be Held Responsible For Any Personal Items And Valuables Left In Guest Rooms. In-room Safes Are Provided And Recommended For Guest Use.
- Any Loss Or Damage To Items In The Room Will Be Subject To Compensation Claims As Detailed In The Room.
- The Resort Reserves The Right To Refuse Service Or Accommodation To Anyone Violating These Policies.
